AeroCoins Terms of Use

1. What Are AeroCoins?

AeroCoins are internal platform credits used only within Aviator Network. They enable certain features and services provided directly by the platform, such as unlocking connections between students and instructors and subscribing to CFI Pro membership.

AeroCoins are not currency, not cryptocurrency, not electronic money, not stored value, and not a financial instrument. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or any other asset outside the platform.

2. No Cash Value; Not Redeemable

AeroCoins have no cash value and are not redeemable for money. You may not sell, trade, or transfer AeroCoins to any third party. AeroCoins exist solely for use within Aviator Network as permitted by these terms and the platform's features.

3. Non-Transferable

AeroCoins are non-transferable. They are tied to your account and may not be gifted, sold, or otherwise transferred to another user or external wallet.

4. Platform-Limited Use

AeroCoins may only be used to access features, services, or functionality provided directly by Aviator Network within the Aviator Network platform.

AeroCoins cannot be used to pay for external services, products, flight training, aircraft rentals, or any services provided outside the Aviator Network platform unless Aviator Network explicitly states otherwise.

Transactions or agreements between users (such as training arrangements, aircraft rentals, or other aviation services) are separate from the use of AeroCoins unless the platform specifically provides a feature that enables AeroCoins to be used for that purpose.

Aviator Network is not acting as a payment intermediary between users unless explicitly stated through a dedicated platform feature.

5. No Ownership or Financial Liability

AeroCoins do not constitute personal property, stored monetary value, a deposit, or any financial liability owed by Aviator Network. Users receive only a limited, revocable right to use AeroCoins within the platform in accordance with these terms.

AeroCoins do not create any ownership right, bank account, trust relationship, or financial liability owed by Aviator Network to the user. Unused AeroCoins do not represent money owed to the user.

6. Purchases Are Final

Purchases of AeroCoins are final and non-refundable except where required by law. Aviator Network does not provide refunds for AeroCoins purchased or spent. Please use AeroCoins carefully.

7. Promotional and Bonus AeroCoins

Aviator Network may grant AeroCoins as promotions, bonuses, or rewards. Promotional or bonus AeroCoins may be revoked, adjusted, or expire under their promotion rules. Aviator Network may revoke promotional coins at its discretion if the promotion terms are violated or if the grant was made in error.

8. Payment Reversals and Chargebacks

If a payment for AeroCoins is charged back or reversed by your bank or payment provider, the related AeroCoins may be removed from your account and your account may be restricted. Aviator Network reserves the right to take appropriate action to recover amounts owed.

9. Technical Error Correction

Aviator Network may correct technical errors affecting AeroCoin balances. If an error results in an incorrect balance, Aviator Network may adjust the balance to reflect the correct amount.

10. Modifications to the AeroCoins System

Aviator Network may modify the AeroCoins system at any time, including but not limited to: pricing, features that require AeroCoins, conversion references, eligible uses, and availability. Changes will be communicated through the platform where practicable. Continued use of AeroCoins after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Fraud and Abuse

Fraudulent activity, abuse, or misuse of AeroCoins or violation of these terms or Aviator Network's Terms of Service may result in forfeiture of AeroCoins and suspension or termination of your account. Aviator Network reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action.

12. Governing Terms

These AeroCoins Terms of Use supplement and form part of the Aviator Network Terms of Service. In the event of conflict, the Terms of Service control. By using AeroCoins, you agree to these terms.
